Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Damage or Defect Procedure:

  1. Report Issues: Contact our customer service team within 15 Days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect for evaluation.
  2. Review and Approval: We will review the submitted photos and details. If the issue is confirmed, we will approve a reprint of your item.
  3. Reprint: Once approved, we will reprint and ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

Yes, we do accept custom orders for print-on-demand! If you have a specific design in mind, here’s how you can place a custom order with us:

  1. Send Your Design: Email us your design along with details about where you'd like the design to be printed on the product. Include any specific instructions or preferences you may have.
  2. Receive a Mockup:After receiving your design, we will create a mockup for your review. This allows you to see how the design will look on the product before finalizing the order.
  3. Review & Approve:Review the mockup and let us know if any adjustments are needed. Once you are satisfied with the design, approve it for printing.
  4. Place Your Order:After approving the design, place your order directly through our website. We will then process and print your custom design on the product.
  5. Design Fees: T-Shirt Design: CAD 10 and Hoodie Design: CAD 20
  6. Ordering Window: You have 5 days to place your order once the design is finalized. If you do not place an order within this period, the design will be removed.
  7. Discount Application:The design fee will be applied as a discount on the product price. A discount coupon will be provided to cover the design fees when you place your order.
  8. No Refund Policy: Please note that the design fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you place an order or not.
